Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization based in Roxbury, Massachusetts, focused on improving the physical, economic, and social well-being of Roxbury and other underserved populations in greater Boston through a community-driven process that builds wealth and promotes neighborhood revitalization. Founded in 1981, it works to create and preserve affordable housing and to support local ownership and businesses, with an emphasis on engaging minority-owned enterprises and workers of color.

To date, the organization has created or preserved more than 800 affordable apartments and about 200 for-sale homes across Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, and surrounding communities. Its work also incorporates cultural economic development to sustain Roxbury businesses and artists. In August 2022, Nuestra appointed N. Paul TonThat as executive director, and in 2023 the organization highlighted awards associated with the Bartlett Station Project in Roxbury, a 380-unit mixed-income development.
