Oak Harbor Public Schools is a public K-12 district serving the Oak Harbor area on Whidbey Island, Washington. It is the largest school district on the island and operates a network that includes one high school, one middle school, one intermediate school, five elementary schools, a homeschool partnership and virtual academy, an early learning center, and transitional and alternative learning programs. The district serves more than 5,400 students, and its strategic plan seeks to create a learning and working environment where students are valued, take intellectual risks, and succeed academically. 

The district is situated in a community characterized by natural surroundings and a nearby military presence, including Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. In 2022, the district named a new superintendent, indicating a leadership transition.
