We are a creative design firm based in Brooklyn, New York, founded in May 2013. Our team is a collective of young professionals experienced in art direction, brand building, marketing campaigns, logos and product design. New York is our playground, our canvas and our mentor, but she's not the only influence. Our diverse background spans the globe, from our education at the prestigious Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, to working with some of the biggest names in fashion and design in Milan, London and Paris. We come from one tree; the oak tree is widely coveted for its strength and the beauty of its grain and it just so happens that our last name, Dubecky, means oak tree in Czech. Together we are OAX. But our bond goes deeper than this metaphor, as we are bound in our aesthetic view and conceptual approach to our projects. Like the great oak, our designs are always consistent and strong. We are graphic designers, but we are also artists, illustrators, musicians, thinkers and poets. Our services range from brand identities and logo design to art direction and marketing campaigns. No matter what the task, we always apply this universal approach.
