Ocean Exchange is a global ecosystem whose mission is to accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions for healthy oceans, coastal systems, and the sustainable Blue Economy. We fulfill this mission through a rigorous, multi-level program that includes annual monetary awards, promoting registered Solutions Inspiring Action across multiple communication channels, and facilitating access to a global network of experts from around the world.

We seek solutions with working prototypes that reduce waste and the use of nature’s resources while increasing productivity and respecting cultures around the world. As of date, $3.2 million has been given in non-dilutive grants to startups as seed funding, typically at the pre-revenue stage.
