Ocean View Continuing Care Centre is a community-governed, not-for-profit long-term care facility located in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia. It operates 171 long-term care beds and one respite bed and is licensed under the Homes for Special Care Act; it has been accredited by Accreditation Canada, including being the first long-term care facility in Nova Scotia to achieve accreditation in 1974. The facility is governed by Beacon Continuing Care Society, a volunteer board, and has served the Eastern Passage community since 1967, with the Ocean View Continuing Care Centre Society formed in 1999.
