Ocean5 is a hospitality-focused destination being developed in Gig Harbor, in the South Puget Sound region of Washington, designed to host a wide range of gatherings. The facility will span 57,000 square feet and features diverse spaces, including a two-story laser challenge arena, a game room, bowling lanes, and private event areas that accommodate groups of various sizes. On-site dining is provided by Table 47, a casual 300-seat restaurant that can be enjoyed with Ocean5 or independently. The project places emphasis on sustainability, pursuing LEED certification and incorporating geothermal energy, along with materials such as carpet tiles made from recycled fishing nets and locally sourced wood. Ocean5 plans programming that includes youth education initiatives, nonprofit partnerships, and community volunteer events, supported by dedicated event teams and banquet services for private gatherings of varying sizes. The development is advancing toward a planned opening in the near term, reflecting its aim to become a regional gathering destination in the South Puget Sound region.
