The firm operates under three distinct brand names. Professional Recruiting, Financial Consulting and Executive Search. The firm offers expert, consultative, start-to-finish recruitment solutions for companies ranging in size from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations.
The firm has drawn upon years of successful recruiting experience to develop a customized recruitment methodology that is flexible and focused on providing comprehensive solutions for our clients.  The end result is not just filling an open position with a qualified candidate.  It is to gain an in-depth knowledge of our client company, understand its culture, its history and business strategy, and its plans for the future.  We help our clients understand from an outside "partner firm" perspective a lot about marketplace trends; this assists our clients in critical planning decisions such as when they are developing specific position requirements, salary parameters, etc.  Spending the time up-front significantly increases the likelihood of recruiting a candidate who truly embodies the needs of the organization.  This differs greatly from the way most recruitment firms operate in a "plug and play" mode, where an outdated job description is used as the basis of attempting to find the ideal candidate.  Our support continues throughout the interview process including offering recommendations on how an offer might be presented to meet both the needs of the client company and the candidate they are interested in hiring. After the successfully placed candidate starts in the new role, we follow up with both the client and the placed candidate to increase the likelihood of a smooth transition. This level of in-depth "partnering" with our clients is an area that allows for placements that make sense and typically result in long-term tenured hires.
