Offereins, Janda, Roe & McCahan (OJRM) was founded in December, 1986 by Evert Offereins, Jeff Janda and Elaine Roe and has been operating as a public accounting firm in Los Gatos, California since its inception. In November, 1996, Randy McCahan was promoted to partner. In December, 2006, OJRM merged with JG Accounting Services, a public accounting firm solely owned by Jennifer Geranen. Today, the firm consists of 16 employees including seven partners, one principal, three managers, staff accountants, bookkeepers and administrative personnel. The firm's practice is concentrated within the areas of tax, consulting and compliance for closely-held businesses, high net worth individuals and their families. The firm's largest areas of concentration are in the real estate development, construction and professional services industries. In addition, OJRM provides services to businesses involved in manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, software development and the retail industries. We believe in the value of relationships.
