We design innovative new housing with creative developers and add to and completely remodel homes with families who need more space and appreciate modern architecture. We help small businesses open exciting new ventures like restaurants, offices, and schools. We make architecture approachable by providing high-quality design and services for low-income clients. We are the go-to architecture firm for non-profits and community organizations.  We harness good design and innovative solutions as well empathy and participatory design and are working with the City and the community to end homelessness in Los Angeles.
