Not everyone who plans a corporate event is an event planner themselves.
Oftentimes, the responsibility of coordinating a team-building retreat can fall on the shoulders of those who aren’t equipped with the proper tools or network to execute a corporate event with ease. Even those who have planned a company-wide event before can feel overwhelmed and intimidated by the challenge, leading to stress, last-minute curveballs, and disorganization. 

Information and resources are hard to come by.
Finding all of the vendors, service providers and hosts that go alongside a corporate retreat or team offsite can be a tedious and time-consuming process. Traditionally, most event planners have to coordinate with vendors individually, which can make it difficult to orchestrate a seamless event.

Amazing vendors aren’t getting the recognition they deserve. 
There are some truly incredible and highly developed experiences within Northern California, that are dedicated to helping professional groups to achieve their goals, bond with their team and develop strategies for the future. But, independently, many of them don’t have the online reach in order to connect with their target audience.
