Ohana Fiduciary Corporation is a Washington State chartered trust company and certified professional guardianship agency, and also does business under the name Ohana Financial Services. SERVICES We provide services designed to meet the needs of people who require assistance with their financial affairs and/or personal care. These services are usually performed in a formal role as: • Court appointed Guardian or Limited Guardian • Trustee of a trust under a Will or trust agreement • Attorney-in-Fact under a power of attorney • Court appointed Administrator or Executor of estates under a Will or intestate probate • Agent or consultant under a private agreement for services We have extensive experience in managing these roles.
