About OJS
OJS is currently comprised of two groups, each of which complements the other. A small construction group, which focuses on small-sized design and build projects for general contractors, industrial clients, and commercial interests, and our energy services and maintenance group, which focuses on HVAC service, HVAC maintenance contracts, energy saving equipment retrofit, direct digital control systems, and other projects for contract customers.
Our construction group will offer to the commercial, industrial, and institutional owners, through both private bidding and negotiated work, a competitively priced service for their environmental system needs.
Our service division, is the main focus of our company. We offer our clients a comprehensive HVAC maintenance solution for their buildings. We provide multi-year contracts that can guarantee your equipment from breakdown at no additional cost. We are virtually the only company in the area that offers these types of contracts.
Besides contracts, we can repair virtually any type of equipment, from large chillers that service hospitals to small ice makers for restaurants.
