Oklahoma Families First, Inc. (OFFIBHS) was established in 1995 as an agency that provides high quality and cost effective behavioral health services to children, adults and families of Oklahoma. OFFIBHS is a Licensed Child Placing Agency in Oklahoma as well being accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for Outpatient Services (Child and Adult), Case Management Services and Out of Home Treatment. We are also certified by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment Provider in two of our sites (Holdenville, Seminole ) to provide drug and alcohol treatment services.
