Renovation Opportunity Olbrich is commissioning Reed Hilderbrand to design renovations, signaling upcoming infrastructure improvements. This presents a chance to offer landscape architecture collaboration, maintenance partnerships, or supplier services aligned with the renovation scope.

Museum Style Partnerships The gardens host events, concerts, classes, and workshops and have a history of partnerships (e.g., with libraries and plant associations). Sales opportunities exist in event sponsorships, ticketed programs, corporate trainings, and educational collaborations.

Education and Outreach With youth and adult classes, a gardening library, and public programs, there is potential for contracting education programs, curriculum partnerships, and branded workshops or sponsorships targeting families and schools.

Digital and Marketing Current tech stack indicates active digital engagement (PWA, email marketing, Adobe suite). There is room to offer digital experience enhancements, website/content optimization, virtual tours, and targeted campaigns to boost memberships and event attendance.

Funding and Scale Revenue is under $1M with 51-200 employees, similar to mid-sized cultural attractions. Proposals for grant-writing support, sponsorship packages, corporate giving programs, and tiered membership models could align with their funding needs and growth plans.
