Old Virginia Brick has a National reputation as a manufacturer of Traditional Wood Moulded and Extruded Brick. Whether it’s from our Traditional, Colonial, Old Dominion, Shenanadoah, Antique Handset, or Sand Mould Commons Series, you will find the color and texture you desire. Since 1890, each wood moulded brick produced by Old Virginia has been unique. Created the "old fashioned way", in wooden moulds, and dusted with sand. We produce brick that have soft rounded edges, a velvety texture, and imperfections that make each brick unique. We manufacture many of the same wood moulded brick colors in our brick pavers. These pavers are especially graded for flat work in sidewalks, patios or driveways. They also match many of our extruded face brick. Years ago, manufacturers learned they could provide larger quantities of brick at a better price by extruding them. Old Virginia uses the same Blue Ridge Mountains clay and shale in our nationally known wood moulded brick, to produce our extruded brick, and then fire them in a modern tunnel kiln, to give you beautiful colors at a reasonable price Brick Shapes offer a unique way to complement, highlight, or emphasize your project.
