Established in 1977, OFM was the first food manufacturing industry in the Sultanate of Oman and one of the first companies to be listed on the Muscat Securities Market.  Over the years, the company has
grown from strength to strength, and today with a sales turnover of more than RO 68 million , we are proud to be the market leader in the Sultanate of Oman, with an Oman Government shareholding of 51%. OFM has 2 production facilities, flour and feed milling: a capacity to mill 150 metric tons per day of wheat flour and allied products. We gradually increased our flour milling capacity over the years and in 1983 set up an animal feed mill having milling capacity of 300 MT per day. Today we are one of the leading mills in the region with flour capacity of 850 tons per day and over 1000 tons of animal feed.The company also has silos with a grain storage capacity of 120,000 metric tonnes at Port Sultan Qaboos.

OFM markets its flour products under the brand name "DAHABI" meaning"golden" in Arabic.  More than 20 varieties of flour and allied products are produced under this brand.  The company also produces
more than 20 different animal feeds under the brand "BARAKAT" & "ALPHA"
