2001. Launched our website, www.onholdwizard.com- industry's first on-hold message Content Management System in the cloud (before this was referred to as the "Cloud"). Implemented WizDispatcher, industry's first automated on-hold message delivery system via dial-up.
2002. Began designing the WizPlayer 2400, the industry's first Internet-connected on-hold message playback device.
2003. First production run of WizPlayer 2400 units, installed initial shipments.
2004. WizPlayer 2400 approved by McAfee Internet Security for all of their U.S. and International offices.
2008. Added capabilities to address the growth in VoIP with automated mixing of MOH files and email notification of completed production.
2009. Continued to add user-friendly features to Production Wizard 3.0™, to enhance ease of use and enjoyment of the production process.
2011. Celebrated our 10th anniversary. Launched the Shuffle™ Content Management System.
2013. Integrated Neltech’s iLink LCD playback device into the Shuffle™ CMS.
2015. Launched Shuffle3™. Moved our studio headquarters to Hall Office Park, Frisco, TX. Crossed the 85,000 individual script milestone.
2016. Celebrated our 15th year in business.
