One Acadiana is a nonprofit organization dedicated to economic development for the nine-parish Acadiana region of south Louisiana. It represents more than 700 businesses and individuals and functions as the voice of the regional business community. Based in Lafayette, the group serves a region of roughly 700,000 people with a distinct culture and entrepreneurial energy.

In 2025, it launched the Return to Learn scholarship program to support students pursuing higher education in Acadiana. The organization also develops programs that connect education and industry, such as the ConnectEd series which brings together local school systems, business leaders and community stakeholders. Earlier collaborations include partnerships with SoLAcc and LEDA to host initiatives like the Acadiana ConnectED Fellowship linking educators to industry.
