The name One to One is a reminder that small investments can lead to big things.  

One to One - Women Coaching Women (OtO) provides meaningful, targeted support to women worldwide. 

OtO is an international, virtual, non-profit organization that provides between 4 to 26 weeks of personalized, professional, state-of-the-art pro-bono coaching exclusively to women who often don't have access to the powerful partnership of a life coach.

Many of these women are caregivers of our wounded veterans. Others are women who are navigating an array of challenges presented by life, career, or the global pandemic. We believe that women are resilient and are always able to create stability, mobility and sustainable success. OtO exists to help each woman prioritize herself in these critical moments.

We dedicate our resources to these infinitely capable and inspiring women because we know from evidence-based data that investing in the well-being of just 1 woman has a huge multiplier effect. 

This means that when we coach One, she is directly empowered, and in turn these shifts create ripples of positive change in the lives of her family, community and all of the networks she is a part of.

Each year One to One’s coaches work with 80-100 women based throughout the United States and around the world.

That is 80-100 women and hundreds of people they are each connected to benefitting from a leader who is gaining self-confidence, developing pride in her strengths, creating her road map forward, and, crucially, improving their collective outcomes.
