With our own custom furniture line designed by us, we are able to consistently design any style of home to show off its full potential. Our approach to staging is this, we want to partner with you on your listings and help give your sellers the most information about how to best prepare their home for market. When we walk through a property we aren't just envisioning furniture placement and a custom design, we are helping your seller understand that little things, such as pressure washing the front porch, can be a huge advantage and a small cost. 

Other than creating a beautiful space, we have three main goals when staging a property; get as many people into the home as possible, create an emotional connection, and hide any imperfections. Staging helps offset all objections. When issues come up during a home inspection, the strength of the emotional connection that the staged home has created for that buyer helps keep them committed to working through the issues. 

Home staging is an investment. A home that is more aesthetically pleasing adds value in the eyes of the client, the buyer, the buyer’s agent, and the appraiser. In a market where we have more bidding wars and the price gets pushed over asking, staging helps insure appraisals come out at value.
