Open Arms Care is a non-profit agency providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the state of Tennessee. 

OAC is certified as an Intermediate Care Facility for persons with Intellectual Disabilities. As such, we receive state and federal oversight to assure quality, respect, and security are present in all services.
