OpenProperty is a marketing/ratings service built for rental properties that would benefit from being open about lease-end charges. In other words, if a property’s average lease-end charges are low, it can take advantage of that fact by signing up for our ratings. 

We capture and make public (on an anonymized basis) lease-end charges for every move-out and use this raw data to also rate the property. Renting is expensive. Our objectives are to address the “gray” area of rental cost, identify reputable property managers, and influence rental decisions accordingly.
