Operation Finally Home is a New Braunfels-based nonprofit founded in 2005 with a mission to provide and improve housing for America's veterans, first responders, and their families. As a non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization, it relies on partnerships with corporate sponsors, builder associations, builders and developers, individual contributors, and volunteers to carry out its work. The organization aims to address the housing need faced by these heroes and their families.

Since its founding, the organization has completed or is planning more than 300 home projects across over 31 states. It operates as a small nonprofit that coordinates with a network of partners to deliver housing solutions for those who have served. In February 2025, Operation Finally Home announced the appointment of Sheena Beaver as Vice President of Operations.
