Operation Outreach-USA (OO-USA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping elementary school children develop their literacy skills while learning compassion and respect for people, animals and the environment. OO-USA accomplishes this through a school-based program aimed at underserved populations.  The program provides books for children to keep along with parent and teacher instructional materials.

OO-USA has been used in schools in all fifty states and has reached more than 1.2 million children and distributed more than 2.4 million books at no cost to schools or families.

Corporate and foundation contributors support the program in schools across the country.
