Founded in 1978: Since Greg Opp founded Opp Construction in 1978 customer service and providing a high quality product have always been our goal. Our core values of safety, integrity, respect and teamwork, professional and personal development and dependability help us to achieve that goal. We have a culture that is striving for a world class safety program and continuous improvement.

Our High-Quality Services: We provide many services with the core of our business being concrete paving. Our full service landscaping division has trained craftsmen and designers to assure the customer gets the best product and experience during and after construction. Our team members are trained in ICPI certified paving stones, architectural concrete, erosion control, irrigation, hydro-seeding, sod, ponds, outdoor kitchens, foundations, fire pits, retaining walls &complete design service with the option of 3-D design.

Asphalt Division: Our asphalt division is trained in asphalt paving, patching, crack sealing, seal coating, lot maintenance and has an asphalt plant that has recycle capabilities. We are also equipped with our own NDDOT certified asphalt testing lab to assure our customer gets the highest quality available.

Patio World: Our Patio World wholesale and retail store carries high quality materials and literature to help the at home professional complete the project they desire. We also assist other contractors throughout the Red River Valley and have bulk mulch, rock, dirt, sand and a nursery.
