Getting your job built to spec is a passion of ours at Optimum Systems Intl. Inc., and at every step of the way our customers have assurance that we are assembling their products with the utmost precision and quality. We do this by providing onsite engineering support for continual product vetting, but we also carry the certifications of ISO 9001:2008, IPC, and Underwriter Labs! While much of our assembly can be done by hand with our skilled assembly technicians, we also have automated terminating and IDC. If static sensitivity is an issue, we have our own class 4 clean room. We also lead the industry in assembly innovations with our hot pluggable/ moldable back shells, and our ability to craft special tools or fabricate parts in our onsite machine shop. 

Our engineering department has decades of experience in the cable industry.  Our specialties include Mil-Spec, Aero-Space, and commercial OEM. And while we are known for our expertise in Electronic and Electrical cable and wire harness assemblies, we are also up to the task when it comes to panels and cabinet assemblies. Even if you don’t have your own engineers on staff, ours are proven at being able to design from descriptions.*

As soon as you request a quote from our staff, our team of engineers goes to work assuring the quality of the product. They review drawings, customer requests, and applications (if necessary). Everything is examined for form, fit, and function, with the top concern always being feasibility. Our engineers use CAD and spend hours studying manufacturer data sheets to make sure any problems in design are mitigated before the build.
