The Orange County Clerk of Courts maintains nearly 2.5 million circuit and county court records for the 9th Judicial Circuit Court. Our collections program is recognized statewide for its effectiveness, as we return millions of dollars that we collect each year through fees and fines to the state as well as various local agencies and programs. Customers, who consistently give us a 97% or higher satisfaction rating, come to us to pay traffic and criminal fines, initiate or contest a civil case, pursue probate issues and make child support payments. We help customers file domestic violence injunctions and seek help for a loved one with mental health or substance abuse issues. We accept passport applications and issue marriage licenses -- we even perform wedding ceremonies.
