Orange County Thermal Industries is a southern California based company with customers throughout the United States. Established in 2010, the company has been providing thermal and acoustic solutions to both small independently owned businesses up to and including large Fortune 500 level companies for many years.
 
We continue to experience a growth trend due to the increasing demands for lower air and sound pollution, along with improvements in worker safety.
 
Since OCTI helps their customers solve both thermal and acoustic problems, we provide specialized engineering services to analyze application then develop and design a solution that best fits the needs of each customer. These tailored solutions are then fabricated within our OCTI shop. Depending upon the needs of the customer, onsite installation is also available.
 
OCTI’s customer focus is primarily in the areas of applications involving emissions systems and related items for engines used in the various industries we serve. Where there are high levels of noise, OCTI helps their customers develop abatement solutions for regulatory requirements or workers’ health and safety.
 
Orange County Thermal Industries is a privately held S corporation, currently 100% owned by its founder and president, Eduardo Olivares & his family. Since starting operations in 2010 in Orange, California, we have relocated to our larger Anaheim location in 2012 and added an additional location in Universal City, Texas, as part of our continued expansion endeavors.
