Orazem & Scalora Engineering, P.A. was established in 1989 to provide consulting services in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering disciplines. The firm’s design services include HVAC, electrical power, plumbing, telecommunications, security, audiovisual, lighting and control, LEED®/sustainable design, and mission-critical design.

Our portfolio includes commercial office buildings, tenant interiors, multi-family residential, mixed-use projects, K-12 and higher education facilities, R&D facilities, courthouses, municipal buildings, rural utilities, and detention facilities.

OSE has achieved successful projects through strong working relationships with clients and effective project management. We respect the client's time and cost constraints in providing a well-coordinated, efficient project with a high degree of functional efficiency. In order to meet the client's requirements for excellence and high quality, each and every project is directly supervised by an OSE principal from initial inception through completion of construction.

We believe that every building must provide a high quality environment and be maintainable to achieve true sustainability. The environments we design are safe and comfortable for students, office workers, residents and researchers.

We feel that the quality of our services is the best marketing tool we have. The result of our philosophy is that most of our projects are for repeat clients. New clients have typically been referred to OSE by past satisfied clients.
