Origami Rehabilitation is a CARF-accredited nonprofit organization formed through a collaboration between Peckham, Inc. and the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Based in Mason and serving broader Michigan communities, it offers residential and outpatient rehabilitation programs for children and adults with neurological, developmental, mental health, and orthopedic conditions.
