Origami Rehabilitation is a CARF-accredited nonprofit organization formed through a collaboration between Peckham, Inc. and the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Based in Mason and serving broader Michigan communities, it offers residential and outpatient rehabilitation programs for children and adults with neurological, developmental, mental health, and orthopedic conditions. The center provides a wide range of therapies, including physical, occupational, mental health, speech-language pathology, and driver rehabilitation, along with specialized services such as pelvic health, vision therapy, pediatric feeding, manual therapy, and Parkinson’s and stroke rehabilitation. As part of its mission, Origami Ambulates a continuum of care aimed at improving function and quality of life for individuals across the state, with locations in Mason, West Lansing, South Lansing, and Grand Blanc.
