Orion Publishing Group is a United Kingdom–based publisher of books and periodicals. Founded in 1991, it built its core through the acquisition of Weidenfeld & Nicolson and later expanded by incorporating imprints from Cassell and Gollancz and by acquiring a distribution center in Sussex.
