OrionMagnetics is a small engineering and software development firm that specializes in the area of electric power. We currently have two offices, Gujurat, India and Connecticut, U.S.A. Our engineering and field services sector is located in Connecticut and offers the following services:

∙Grounding system design and assessments, including step and touch potentials, for all industries;
∙Lightning performance studies for stations and lines;
∙Complex problem solving for electrical anomalies occurring in power stations, lines, etc; 
∙Software applications for electric power engineering and maintenance applications;
∙Thermal (i.e. capacity) rating computations and reports of electric power equipment for station and line applications;
∙Transmission facility audits including: Ground testing of lines and stations, NERC facility rating audits;
∙Sequence impedance testing of distribution and transmission lines;
∙Soil electrical and thermal resistivity testing and reports;
