Die fünf Standorte der Ospelt Gruppe sind in Bendern (Hauptsitz in Liechtenstein), in Sargans und Geroldswil (CH) sowie in Apolda (DE). Es werden rund 1800 Mitarbeitende aus über 50 Nationen beschäftigt. Zu den Produkten der Ospelt Gruppe zählen internationale Handelsmarken und bekannte Eigenmarken. Produkte von Ospelt sind in praktisch allen europäischen Märkten präsent. 

Die Traditionsmarke „Malbuner“ der Ospelt Gruppe gehört zu den beliebtesten und bekanntesten Charcuterie Produkten in der Schweiz. Nennt jemand „Malbuner“ folgt praktisch immer die Antwort: „Mal besser.“ Durch Ideenreichtum und Marktkenntnis wird das Sortiment bis heute laufend erweitert.
