He also is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor with experience in developing residential projects from the ground up. This includes design, planning, construction and marketing to the retail public. D'Arcy R. Cornwall holds a J.D. degree and is a Realtor. She has a successful background in revitalizing residences for sale and finding the right marketing plan to make sure the home is sold to the right buyer. Out West Development, LLC is based on a fusion of intense passion and continuous education by Mark S. Cornwall and D'Arcy R. Cornwall.
