Our property management arm oversees 46 communities with 10,641 units, reflecting our deep commitment to long-term stewardship and resident experience. We develop both market-rate and affordable housing, with 15 affordable communities totaling 2,274 units already part of our portfolio. Our active pipeline includes 4 communities under development (711 units) and 14 planned communities (1,137 affordable and 2,489 market-rate units)—representing over $1 billion in future development and more than 3,600 new homes.
