Ovation is a family-owned, fully integrated multifamily housing company with over 30 years of experience building and managing communities exclusively in Southern Nevada. We serve as the developer, general contractor, property manager, and asset manager for every community we create—ensuring a long-term commitment to quality and care.

To date, Ovation has built more than 9,700 apartment units and currently owns 40 communities totaling 8,703 units. Our property management arm oversees 46 communities with 10,641 units, reflecting our deep commitment to long-term stewardship and resident experience.

We develop both market-rate and affordable housing, with 15 affordable communities totaling 2,274 units already part of our portfolio. Our active pipeline includes 4 communities under development (711 units) and 14 planned communities (1,137 affordable and 2,489 market-rate units)—representing over $1 billion in future development and more than 3,600 new homes. We’re shaping the future of housing in Las Vegas.
