OVM with AnnieMac Home Mortgage is a retail mortgage lender serving home buyers nationwide. We have several branches and satellite office locations, with the bulk of our operations team located at our corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA.

OVM Financial’s mission has always been to become our client’s mortgage provider for life. We’ve made a handful of significant decisions to pursue this mission, starting with our visionary opening in 2001 as Old Virginia Mortgage.
In 2011, after deciding to grow into other states, the company name was changed to OVM Financial, and new branches were created across North and South Carolina. In 2021, we expanded our footprint in Florida and Texas with office locations in Jacksonville and Nacogdoches.

In 2022, we joined forces with AnnieMac Home Mortgage to offer more opportunities for our growing community, including the option to serve buyers nationwide with an expanded portfolio of loan products. The partnership also unlocked access to a host of resources designed to help our partners and Mortgage Loan Originators take their business to the next level.
