Will Owens and Kimberly Miller have practiced plaintiff's personal injury law together in Raleigh for the last 17 years. In 2017, they were each admitted by Chief Justice Johns Roberts to practice before the United States Supreme Court. The firm primarily handles claims involving car accidents, commercial trucking/motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, and all manner of claims for wrongful death.
