Owl Wire and Cable was founded in Syracuse, NY in 1954.  In 1966, the Company moved to its present location in Canastota, NY.  In 2004, our operations expanded into a facility located in Rome, NY.  This expansion allowed Owl Wire and Cable to enter additional markets.  In 2007, company continued its expansion with a facility in Boonville, NY.  

The principal business of Owl Wire and Cable is the design and manufacture of bare copper and coated wire and cable ranging from single-strand conductors to multiple-stranded ropes and heavy cables.  Our products are primarily electrical conductors, which are sent to other wire companies who are insulators in the wire and cable industry.

To help further our quality initiatives, Owl Wire and Cable successfully implemented a Quality Management System and became ISO 9001 certified in 2009.
