Oxford Federal LLC is a Prime contractor that successfully bids, bonds, and performs large and complex projects, both design-build (D-B) and design-bid-build (DBB).  Since 2008, Oxford has performed $250 million in new construction, modernization, repair, and upgrade projects, including 28 D-B and DBB Federal Government task orders valued at $150 million worldwide, including highly secure facilities.

Oxford’s past performance demonstrates successful outcomes with multiple customers and multiple types of projects.  Task orders included a wide variety of relevant scopes of work, including new buildings, renovation/repairs, facility upgrades, fire protection upgrades, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and incidental civil and infrastructure activities. Self-performed elements have included secure work, architectural concrete, concrete masonry; MEP; utilities, demolition, excavation, earthwork, piles, carpentry, painting; paving; and landscaping. Oxford can self-perform up to 75% of construction activities.
