EN - P2link, a provider of innovative health solutions, enables payors and providers to improve quality of care for patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The company is collaborating with Qualcomm Life in the United States and Europe to deploy remote monitoring solutions and phone platform, with the first patient enrollment expected to begin in the United States in Q1 2016. P2link built in Waltham, near to Boston / Cambridge, its Digital Health Center to deliver its services.
