Pacer NT2 wheels use a patented bond for higher strength, superior grain hold, and added elongation—ideal for both heavy and light stock removal. They run smooth in thrufeed with less chatter and glazing, stay on bowed/out-of-round bars while holding tight size, and self-dress to cut downtime and improve finish. For stainless, Pacer's silicon carbide NT2 wheels cut cooler and cleaner with less loading and distortion.

Pacer cork wheels are made with fine abrasive with a resilient rubber bond and high cork content for consistent, high-quality finishes. They run cooler and break down predictably—avoiding burnishing that can hurt chrome adhesion or promote corrosion. Ideal for hydraulic rods, bearing bars, and thin-wall tubing where light pressure and smooth action are critical.

Pacer combination wheel sets mount an NT2 resin roughing section with a cork finishing section to consolidate two operations into one. The paired sections wear in step, maintaining stable control and a consistent finish across the full wheel width.
