Pacific Construction Analysts, Inc. (PCA) opened our doors in 2002 (as Boyd-Schlumbohm Consultants) providing construction management and forensic services in the fields of general building construction, general engineering construction, and development.   PCA provides our clients with unparalleled knowledge and experience in the issues most important to today’s construction market.  Whether a single family home,  multi-family residential community, commercial development, or public work, our staff has the experience necessary to identify, manage, and resolve the challenges facing the construction community.

Our staff has provided testimony for general engineering and general building construction projects including standard of care, contract disputes, construction financing, claims, cost overruns, change orders, contract compliance, changed conditions, delay, disruption, construction methods, construction management issues, construction defects, cost of repair, jobsite accidents, and jobsite safety.
