(PCA) opened our doors in 2002 (as Boyd-Schlumbohm Consultants) providing construction management and forensic services in the fields of general building construction, general engineering construction, and development.   PCA provides our clients with unparalleled knowledge and experience in the issues most important to today’s construction market.  Whether a single family home,  multi-family residential community, commercial development, or public work, our staff has the experience necessary to identify, manage, and resolve the challenges facing the construction community.
