Pacific Empire Community Management is a California based company that specializes in the management of all types of Homeowner Associations throughout Southern and Northern California. We provide excellent service at a competitive price and are able to be flexible and meet the needs of our Associations, whether they are a 4-unit condominium, a 200 unit high-rise or a 3500 unit single family home community with facilities. We help each Association create a personalized service plan to meet their needs. Pacific Empire Community Management’s founders Gregory Lloyd and David Kobbeman were introduced to Home Owner Associations in early 2000. Experience was established while assisting developers in many real estate venture projects which included condominium conversions, new construction of single family homes and assistance with larger high-rise construction. Working with developers in all of these venues provided a unique perspective and experience with regard to how an HOA is formed legally and physically.
