Pacific Homes designs, engineers, and manufactures custom residences, including homes, cottages, and multifamily dwellings, for clients around the world. Its approach centers on prefabrication, underpinned by the Pacific SmartWall System, which BCIT has laboratory-tested and which is associated with shorter framing times and improved long-term energy efficiency. Clients may provide their own plans or choose from the Pacific Homes collection, with a team guiding them through the building process.

Headquartered in Cobble Hill, British Columbia, the company traces its roots to 1959, reflecting decades of experience in the building supply sector. Each prefab package ships from the facility as a complete bundle, including major structural and finishing components, designed to accelerate construction relative to traditional stick-frame methods. The business serves a global client base within the construction industry as a supplier of prefab housing solutions.
