Our team is tenured and cohesive. Some of us have worked together as far back as 1996, and collectively, we represent over 100 years of combined industry experience. We have patience and disciplined judgment--two key tenets of our long-term investment philosophy.

Focus
Our investment strategies (Small and Micro Cap Value) are driven by our contrarian investment philosophy of identifying undervalued companies with good long-term operating prospects. We focus on smaller capitalization companies because we believe more market inefficiencies exist in this part of the market than larger capitalization companies, allowing more opportunity for good long-term results. We uncover our own investment ideas using fundamental analysis and bottom-up stock selection in our steadfast pursuit to deliver value relative to our benchmarks.
