The Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) is an interstate compact agency established in 1947 to help resource agencies and the fishing industry sustainably manage Pacific Ocean fisheries across five western states. It is based in Portland, Oregon, and operates as a collaboration among California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, with each state represented by three Commissioners.
