TOSS Technology uses Variable Resistance Control to monitor and adjust temperature precisely over the full length and width of the heat sealing element. Controls are accurate and capable of high heat applications up to 500°C. Packworld and TOSS Technology provide customers with consistent and repeatable seals from one machine to another as well as from the first seal to the last. Packworld heat seal machines are capable of sealing a variety of materials and specialty bags including Tyvek, poly, paper, foil and multi-layer films. Sealers can be configured to seal and cut in straight lines or contoured shapes.
