Pairings Wine Bar Restaurant is the "hip"​ location in Pleasanton, CA. Our eclectic wine list is exclusive to the area averaging over 120 wines each day. From Old World, Napa, Lodi, Central Coast and Livermore Valley, we offer a list that has been specially chosen to "pair"​ with our food offerings. We also offer 11 of our our Private Label wines. Our menu includes our "Signature Dishes"​ conceived from Chef John Campanella, salads, sandwiches, and numerous small shareable plates with flavors that explode on your palette. We have our own olive oils and balsamic vinegars that we use in our food items and in our tasting menu. All of our sauces, dressings and spice mixes are made in house. Everything is cooked to order to ensure our customers get the best experience!
